In 1996 Usaton started the investment and construction of the production base in Guangdong Province in China.
In 1996 Usaton prepared to build the Home Appliance Innovation Center.
In 2000 Usaton successfully developed B8 water heaters of the intelligent night electricity remote control type, leading the technological upgrading of the industry.
In 2002 Usaton successfully developed and produced China’s first VFD color screen intelligent ultrathin water heater, becoming the industry model in the successful technological innovation.
In 2003 Usaton established strategic cooperation with the world’s largest supplier of specialty materials the American company FERRO to conduct the liner material innovations of water heaters.
In 2003, with the initial investment of over RMB 30 million, Usaton Electrical Appliances (Zhongshan) Co., Ltd. established the world’s leading research center of heat energy technology in the Asia-Pacific region, providing the one-stop services from product design to development, production, and sale.
In 2004 the fully automated enamel production line of Usaton was put into use, became the first manufacturer to have the independent ultrathin double-liner enameling technology and took the lead in using the automatic welding equipment in the water heater industry and the German EGO temperature control chips, maintaining the leading position till now.
In 2004 Usaton embarked on the rapid development of water heaters.
In 2006 the rapid-heating water heaters made of the new material color plates went offline and started the mass production, marking the comprehensive upgrade of high-end water heater models.
In 2006 Usaton products were exported to Eastern Europe, East Asia, the Middle East, etc.
In 2008 Usaton passed the certification of ISO9001: 2000 Quality Management System.
In 2008 Usaton began the strategic cooperation with the American company BOCK, signifying their mutual brand resources sharing in the entire world.
In 2008 Usaton obtained the certification of ISO14001:2004 Environmental Management System issued by Beijing BTIHEA Certification Co., Ltd.
In 2009 Usaton won the bid of water heaters going to the countryside.
In 2009 Usaton signed contract with the starring actor Chen Jianbin of Qiao Family Courtyard to be the image spokesperson for the brand and put the ads in the CCTV prime-time, marking the independent brand building being officially launched.
