Preeminent Special Care Liner – Extra Strong Compression Resistance
The preeminent special care liner produced by Usaton passes the life test of 100,000 times of the American AT testing standard. Its life span is proved to be more than 100,000 hours, and its compression resistance meets the world’s leading level. It is designed in compliance with the American Compression Standard 2.0MPa, 67% higher than that of the Chinese and European design standard.
Each liner undergoes the pressure bearing experiment of 21 kilograms / square centimeter. Even if the temperature change leads to liner expansion, it can ensure safety.
Safe Pressure Relief Valve
When the internal pressure surpasses 8 kilograms / square centimeter, the relief valve starts the automatic pressure relief to alleviate the internal pressure of the liner and protect the liner from damage; in the state of water blockout, the water in the liner can be prevented to backflow to the water pipe.
Ad Hoc 75 ºC Overheat Protection
Usaton experiments prove that the water temperature higher than 75 ºC of the water heater is the range of the most likely scale formation. Therefore the special 75ºC overheat protection system is set up to automatically stop heating so as to better protect the heating pipes and liners and to extend the service life of the water heater.

U2 Speed Heat Engine
In the thermodynamic principles, it is a dynamic thermal circulation system constituting double liners and double heating pipes.
The two upper and lower independent liners are connected in parallel with each heating pipe separately. The cold water inlet is laid at the lower liner, and the hot water outlet, the upper liner.
When the water heater liner filled with cold water, the heating pipe starts to work, the cold water of the lower liner lightens and floats upward after heating and flows into the upper liner. The hot water gets together at the top of the upper liner to form the high-pressure zone, then to push the cold water in the low pressure zone to the lower liner, and thus to impel the hot water in the lower liner to float. In this way, the hot and cold water in the water heater forms the dynamic thermal circulation.
Through the strong convection of the cold water and hot water between the upper and lower liners, the frequency of the direct contact of the cold water to the heating pipe is increased, the heat transfer greatly accelerated, and the heating rate enormously increased.
U2 speed heat engine technology is the significant scientific R&D result developed by the Home Appliance Innovation Center with 5 years. The dynamic thermal circulation system of the engine completely converts the “stagnant water” traditional heating model of storage electric water heater, and avoids the “mechanical, big, and dull” image of the traditional water heater. Aer-Power Protect Security System
(Referred to as “A&P” Security System)

  A&P Security System, with the design of the unique double-current loop inductance, is able to monitor in the omnidirectional & real-time manner whether the leakage current occurs in the live wire, zero line, and earth wire of the water heater supply line. In case of the exception of the water heater or external grounding system, A&P Security System will automatically cut off all the wires in the supply line without delay. Like the thorough pull of the plug of power supply, the system ensures no residual current and your safety.

High-quality Exterior Coating Materials
The liner of Usaton water heater adopts the coating material jointly developed by itself and the world-renowned supplier of specialty materials FREEO. It is meticulously made with 36 special processes, featured by superstrong rust and oxidation prevention, acid & alkali and corrosion resistance, and high insulation, and maintained a high degree of flexibility with high-quality thickening steel plate to effectively prevent from the enamel peeling off of the ordinary porcelain liner.
Unique Coating Technology
The leading enamel production line from Freeo ensures the evenly coating of liner. After the high temperature sintering of 840 ºC in the sintering furnace, the high-temperature sintering layer takes shape between the plate and coating, and the enamel jointly connects more with the high-quality thickening steel plate, featuring close attachment, good stability, and higher fastness. It maintains the same expansion coefficient as steel plate and can withstand wider temperature variations (about -60 ºC to 450ºC), and the sudden temperature change around 200 ºC.
